The 'Aquarobics for Rehab and Fitness' module includes exercises that are as functional as possible and are planned to involve the whole body, although in a therapeutic context there is more emphasis on any injured part. The majority of the exercises are carried out in the vertical position, in chest-high water. There are warm-up and cool down exercises.
